Alina Vandenberghe

She started her first company before even entering high school, driven by the need to fund her own education. She sold both lipstick and her tech skills, quickly discovering that make-up was a low-margin business. That realization led her to pursue a master’s degree in computer science. Her career took off as she developed the first mobile products for major companies like Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, and Pearson—some of which were later showcased on stage by Steve Jobs himself. In recent years, she returned to entrepreneurship and found it to be a perfect fit. She founded Chili Piper, a demand conversion platform that helps companies like Spotify, Airbnb, Snapchat, and Shopify double their inbound conversion rates.
